Phindy's Place posted a challenge to make two or more cards using the same image. I chose one of her newer digis of the giraffe with his duckling friends.
The first card is a birthday card. The striped paper (pink, orange and white) and a square of pink cardstock make this card appropriate for a girl or woman. The yellow flower with the pink center draws out the yellow ducks. "Party"........"Happy Birthday" is the sentiment.
The second card is more neutral. "Hello Friend" could be a friendship card or a Welcome to the Neighborhood. Again I used stripes: blue, green, white and brown this time with navy blue lettering cut on the Cricut. Three large brads is gold, pale green and brown accent the bottom of the card.
The challenge ends tomorrow night so there is still time to enter!
