Halloween Dragon
The Paper Cutz Challenge this week is to use 1 ribbon, 2 buttons and 3 papers. Any theme is okay. I made a Halloween card for OWH. Papers and image are from The Angel Company. The buttons are from Oriental Trading and I think the ribbon is too.
