Bilingual Birthday Bear

Digital Tuesday Challenge is asking for Red, White and Blue this week.These images (the bear and the sentiment box) are from Soft Pencil.

The ribbon had a sprinkling of yellow dots along with the blue ones so I covered them with white pearls. It kept the red/white/blue theme and added some dimension to the card.
